This is a draft. It was written by an AI assistant working from what the app actually does, and it has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It is accurate to the software as built, but it should be checked by someone qualified before Intersoul is opened to testers outside our own circle.
Intersoul is a private practice. The short version: before you sign in, nothing leaves your phone; after you sign in, we hold only what the app needs to give your own rites back to you; and none of it is ever sold, handed to anyone for their own purposes, or used to advertise to you.

Before you sign in, nothing is sent anywhere
Intersoul works fully without an account. Everything you make in that state — your sealed rites, your captured stars, your streak — is written to your own device and to nowhere else. No server receives it. If you never create an account, we hold nothing about you at all.
What we hold once you have an account
An account exists so your practice survives a lost phone. It holds:
- your email address;
- a display name, if you gave one;
- your sealed rites — for each one, the date, the intention you wrote, the weight you released if you chose to release one, and the time it was sealed;
- your captured stars — for each one, the date, the line you wrote, and which node of which month's constellation it was placed on;
- the streak those rites add up to, and whether you want the Shield reminder.
That is the whole list. We do not collect your location, your contacts, your photos, your device identifiers, or anything about what you do in other apps.
Where it is kept
Your account data is stored with Supabase, on servers in Frankfurt, in the European Union. Every table is protected by row-level security, which means the database itself refuses to let one account read or write another account's rows — it is not a rule the app is trusted to follow, it is enforced underneath the app.
Two kinds of message are sent: confirming your address when you create an account, and helping you set a new password if you ask for one. They are delivered through Resend. We send no newsletters and no marketing.
Supabase and Resend are the only two companies that ever touch your data, and both act only on our instructions: one stores it, the other delivers those two emails, and neither may use it for anything of their own. That is a different thing from sharing your data, which is something we do not do at all. There are no others.
This website
The three pages you are reading are not the app, and they hold nothing about you: no account, no cookies, no analytics, no sign-up. They are served by Vercel, which keeps the ordinary record of requests that any web host keeps. Everything on the pages — the stylesheet, the image, the fonts — comes from this same address. Your browser is not asked to fetch anything from anywhere else.
Notifications
Intersoul sends one notice for each Shield you raise, and nothing else. It is scheduled on your own phone: no server sends it, and no push token for your device exists anywhere. You can turn it off in the app at any time, and turning it off asks nobody's permission.
What we never do
- No advertising, anywhere in the app.
- No tracking of you across other apps or websites.
- No analytics SDK and no third-party trackers in the app.
- No sale of your data, and no sharing of it with anyone for their own purposes.
- We do not read your rites or your stars to build a profile of you. They are stored so the app can show them back to you.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account exists. Delete the account and it goes with it, immediately and completely.
Deleting everything
Deletion lives inside the app, under Profile → Delete my account. It removes your rites, your stars, your profile and the account itself. It is not a request that we process later and it is never hidden behind a web page or an email. It cannot be undone.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete it — though the app will do this faster than we can;
- give you a copy of it in a form you can take elsewhere.
Write to info@erdemerginofficial.com and we will answer within 30 days. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Intersoul is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them. If you believe a child has created an account, write to us and we will remove it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. If a change materially affects what we hold or what we do with it, we will say so in the app before it takes effect.
