Intersoul

Terms

Effective 1 September 2026. Version 1.0.

This is a draft. It was written by an AI assistant and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It says what we actually intend, in plain language, but it should be checked by someone qualified before Intersoul is opened to testers outside our own circle.

These terms cover your use of the Intersoul app. They are written to be read, not to be survived. If something here is unclear, write to us and we will explain it.

What Intersoul is

Intersoul is a personal practice app. It offers two daily rites — the SoulForge, where you set an intention and put down a weight, and The Sky, where you gather one line from your day — and it keeps a record of them for you.

An account is optional. The app works fully without one; an account exists so your practice survives a lost phone.

This is not medical or psychological care

Intersoul is not healthcare. It is not therapy, counselling, psychiatry or medicine, and it makes no health claims of any kind. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, physical or mental. Nothing in the app is medical advice, and nothing in it should be used in place of advice from a qualified professional.

It is not a crisis service. Nobody reads what you write, and nothing in the app will notice that you are in trouble or respond to it. If you are in crisis, or you are thinking about harming yourself, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line in your country now. In the United States you can call or text 988. Intersoul cannot help with this and will not try to.

Using it well

An account is yours to use for your own practice. Do not:

We may close an account that is used to do any of these. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will say why.

What you write stays yours

Your intentions, the weights you release and the lines you gather belong to you. We claim no ownership of them and no licence to use them. We store them for one reason: so the app can give them back to you. We do not use them to train anything, and we do not show them to anyone.

The service is provided as it is

Intersoul is offered as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, free of faults, or fit for any particular purpose of yours. We may change how it works, add or remove features, or stop offering it — and if we stop, we will give you notice and a way to take your data with you.

To the extent the law allows, Erdem Ergin LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Money

There is nothing to buy in Intersoul today. No subscriptions, no in-app purchases, no paid features, no currency you can spend real money on. If that ever changes, the paid thing will be described plainly — what it costs, what it gives you, and what happens if you stop paying — before it appears, and never as a surprise inside a screen you already trusted.

Ending it

You can delete your account inside the app at any time, which removes everything and cannot be undone. You can also simply stop using it; without an account, nothing of yours exists anywhere but your own phone.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date, and a material change will be signalled in the app before it takes effect.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
