Intersoul

Support

There is one of us, and we answer every message ourselves. Write to info@erdemerginofficial.com and you will hear back — usually within two or three days, and always within thirty. If it is about deleting your data, you do not have to wait for us at all: the app does it immediately, and the steps are below.

Deleting your account, and everything in it

Open Profile — the avatar at the left of the bar at the bottom of the Sanctuary — and choose Delete my account. Confirm, and it is done: your rites, your stars, your streak, your profile and the account itself all go. It happens inside the app, it happens straight away, and it cannot be undone.

It is never a request you have to send us and wait on, and it is never hidden behind a web page. If the app cannot reach the network at that moment it will say so rather than pretend; try again when it can, or write to us and we will do it from our side.

Turning the reminder off

Intersoul sends one notice for each Shield you raise, and nothing else. To stop it: Profile → Shield reminders, and switch it off. It takes effect at once and asks nobody's permission.

If the switch says your phone has taken the permission away, that is your phone's own notification setting rather than ours, and the app will point you at the place that can give it back.

If you never sign in

The app works fully without an account, and that is a real path rather than a trial. Everything you make in that state — your sealed rites, your captured stars, your streak — is written to your own device and to nowhere else. No server receives it. We hold nothing about you at all, so there is nothing for you to ask us to delete.

The trade is the one you would expect: what is on the phone lives and dies with the phone. Lose it, replace it, or wipe it, and the practice on it is gone. Signing in later is what changes that — and signing in never replaces what is already on the device. The two histories are merged, a day sealed on either side stays sealed, and the streak taken is the larger of the two.

Something is wrong

Tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. If you can, say which phone and which version of Android or iOS — it is usually the difference between a fix today and a fix next month. Screenshots help more than anything.

We do not have a status page, a ticket number or a support queue, because there is not enough of us to need one. There is an address, and someone reads it.

What we cannot help with

Intersoul is not healthcare. It is not therapy, counselling, psychiatry or medicine, it makes no health claims of any kind, and it is not a crisis service. Nobody reads what you write, and nothing in the app will notice that you are in trouble or respond to it. If you are in crisis, or you are thinking about harming yourself, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line in your country now. In the United States you can call or text 988.
